Strategic LeadershipCollaborate with the company’s Board of Directors to define and implement strategic business objectives, ensuring alignment across all departments.Oversee and drive operational performance while enhancing workflows and processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.Lead the development and execution of business strategies to achieve organizational goals and objectives in the outsourcing and agency sector.Operational OversightSupervise the day-to-day operations of the company, including project management, client servicing, and internal processes.Ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments are met and regularly report progress to the Board of Directors.Establish quality standards for deliverables and monitor team performance to ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.Team DevelopmentLead and mentor department heads and team members to foster a high-performance culture.Oversee talent acquisition, staff development, and training initiatives to ensure the company’s workforce aligns with business needs.Develop and implement HR policies that promote a positive and professional work environment.Client & Partner RelationsManage and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors to ensure satisfaction and build trust.Negotiate contracts and agreements with external stakeholders to support business objectives.Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence.Financial ManagementOversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.Identify opportunities to optimize expenses and improve profitability.Work closely with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies.Corporate GovernanceEnsure all company activities adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.Develop and implement internal policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.Lead organizational change initiatives to support growth and innovation.

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields. MBA is a plus.ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in the agency or outsourcing industry.Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.Strong understanding of outsourcing business models, digital marketing, and client management.SkillsProficiency in tools like Jira, Discord, and Google Workspace.Strategic thinker with strong decision-making abilities.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to motivate and manage teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.Personal AttributesHigh adaptability to dynamic business environments.Meticulous and detail-oriented.Proactive and innovative with a solution-oriented mindset.Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
