- Create and establish the property on defined target markets, business management and develop and fulfill the defined business plan at a hotel & company level
- Make the plan and do all the missions related to pre-opening plan of hotel
- Operate financial, human resources, operating, and sale & marketing activities
- Manage legal and diplomatic issues
- Defined improving and innovating plan
- Other missions will be directly discussed in the interview.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 7- 10 years senior hotel leadership experience required
- Minimum 3-5 years previous General Manager experience in a full service hotel environment required
- Minimum 1-2 years upper upscale hotel experience required
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management .
- Preferred expat with experience working in Da Nang or Hoi An
