• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for all club sites.
• Lead and support the Club Managers, driving accountability and performance.
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with HAUS values.
• Build a strong leadership pipeline, mentoring senior managers across departments.
• Represent the organisation with professionalism and authority in all internal and external communications.
Operational Excellence
• Ensure all clubs operate efficiently, safely, and in line with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee development and implementation of SOPs to standardise service and operations.
• Drive member satisfaction through consistent service excellence.
• Monitor daily operational performance and respond swiftly to challenges.
Financial Performance
• Take ownership of club P&L performance, including revenue generation and cost control.
• Set and track annual budgets for each site in collaboration with Finance.
• Analyse business data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Approve all major operational expenditures and investments.
Brand and Culture
• Uphold and evolve the HAUS brand across all sites, ensuring alignment with its vision.
• Maintain a deep understanding of member expectations and market trends.
• Act as brand ambassador with VIP members, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensure each club reflects the ethos and discretion expected in an ultra-premium private members club.
Expansion and Development
• Support new club openings, including operational planning and leadership onboarding.
• Work with ownership to develop new market strategies.
• Contribute to long-term planning for future sites and brand diversification.

• Proven success in multi-site management with financial accountability.
• Strong operational, people leadership and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience in private members’ clubs or similarly high-end, service-led environments is highly desirable.
• Strategic mindset with attention to execution and brand delivery.

Salary: Up to 150,000,000 VND
