- Conduct daily briefings to ensure clear and effective communication within the team
- Supervise Front Office operations to maintain service excellence and brand standards
- Monitor room revenue, review rate variances, and approve discounts or rebates
- Coordinate closely with the Front Office Manager and other departments on daily operations
- Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring high satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of guest-related issues and shift activities
- Oversee shift handovers to ensure smooth and seamless operations
- Inspect Front of House and Back of House areas for cleanliness and organization
- Support guest relations activities, including welcoming, rooming, and farewell services
- Monitor billing instructions, guest credit, and resolve any discrepancies
- Drive upselling initiatives and ensure team maximizes revenue opportunities
- Manage full house situations, including overbooking and relocation arrangements
- Ensure valet, driveway, and entrance areas are properly staffed and efficiently operated
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Strong command of English (spoken and written)
- Additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
