Mô Tả Công Việc
- Supervise daily engineering operations to ensure all equipment, facilities, and systems function efficiently and safely.
- Assign and monitor maintenance tasks for technicians, ensuring timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Inspect and maintain key systems including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, lighting, fire safety, and other technical equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair situations.
- Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs and minimize service disruption.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house, and plant rooms to ensure proper maintenance standards.
- Monitor contractor work and ensure compliance with safety regulations and technical standards.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and technical reports.
- Support implementation of energy-saving initiatives and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health & safety regulations and fire prevention procedures.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel/resort engineering; supervisory experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of MEP, HVAC, and general maintenance systems.
- Strong problem-solving and team supervision skills.
- Responsible, safety-conscious, and able to handle emergency situations.
- Willing to work shifts when required.
