- Monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing any complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
- Overseeing the smooth flow of service during dining periods.
- Managing inventory and procurement of F&B supplies as needed.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Building rapport with guests and ensuring they have a positive dining experience.
- Handling customer complaints and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
- Organizing and conducting on-the-job training for staff.
- Mentoring and coaching staff to improve their performance and skills.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, particularly in fine dining or Japanese cuisine.
- Excellent communication (English or Japanese is a must) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- The ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
