This position is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the HR policies and programs of the Company to ensure that the HR strategy is in line with the business goals and vision.
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage the Recruitment activities
- Be responsible for Training & Development
- Conduct Performance Management
- Handle Staff Engagement & Employee Relations
- Supervise subordinate to make sure payroll process run smoothly
- Create and update HR Policy Development
- Other tasks assigned by HR Director
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: University degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Psychology or related field
- Experience: At least 5 years working experience in HR positions, preferable in financial and banking, insurance sector
- Skills:
- English fluent
- MS Office
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good at organization & planning skills, attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
