- Directly organize beverage serving at Bar, ensure the serving quality with high standards, food safety and strict hygiene.
- Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors, etc.
- Monitor seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Degree from an accredited university/ college in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
- 2 -3 years’ experience in the lounge or bar concept
- Supervisory experience is required
- Good at speaking, listening and writing English
- Knowledge of computer skills
- Customer service, adaptability, communication skill
- Able to work in shifts and under high pressure
