Mô Tả Công Việc
- Supervise daily spa operations to ensure smooth service flow and exceptional guest experience.
- Lead, train, and motivate spa therapists and attendants to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor treatment quality, hygiene, and compliance with spa policies and safety procedures.
- Manage staff schedules to ensure proper shift coverage and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest feedback, special requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products, amenities, and supplies.
- Support the Spa Manager in achieving revenue targets and promoting spa services.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a spa environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and wellness services.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance, and service-oriented mindset.
