Location: Dong Anh, Ha Noi
1. Supervise and take responsibility for Front Office during working shift.
- Controlling the working areas and the lobby. Support team members in the process of check-in, check-out, and handle guests’ requests/complaints to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Handling the incidents happening during the shift and reporting accordingly.
- Instructing staff in credit card and cash handling processes, ensuring safety and compliance with the company’s policy.
2. Conduct shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known by the whole team.
3. Build strong relationships with other departments to provide the best service to guests.
4. Assist the Front Office Manager in training and recruitment of the department.
5. Take responsibility in the absence of the Front Office Manager and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College degree or higher, major in Hospitality or English preferred.
- Good communication in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Email, and PMS Opera.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role. Previous experience as a team leader in Front Office is an advantage.
- Good understanding of hospitality and customer service.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and logical thinking skills.
