Facilitating cultural awareness training: Organizing sessions to enhance cultural awareness and sensitivity among hotel staff, particularly in dealing with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Assisting with translation tasks: Assisting with translating documents, signage, or communication materials within the hotel to ensure clarity and accuracy in English content.
Collaborating with other departments: Working closely with other departments within the hotel, such as human resources or guest services, to integrate English language training into broader training initiatives or organizational development programs
Other duties as requested by the hotel manager
