Global C&B Specialist (Fluent English)

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

• Process periodic payrolls, including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.

Account Reconciliation:

• Reconcile payroll accounts monthly and ensure all payroll transactions are accurately recorded.
• Resolve any discrepancies concerning payroll records.

Reporting:

• Prepare various payroll-related reports as required by management, finance, or HR.
• Assist in financial audits related to payroll and respond to audit findings.

Tax Compliance:

• Ensure accurate and timely remittance of payroll taxes, workers compensation, and other government filings.
• Stay updated with federal, state, and local payroll tax requirements; ensuring compliance.

Benefits Administration Support:

• Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate benefits deductions and liaise with benefits providers as needed.
• Assist in the administration and reporting of retirement plans.

Employee Queries:

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
