- Receive requests from world-wide customers via emails, request management systems and phone calls.- Resolve customer’s problems encountered when using the company's system.- Most customers come from USA, Korea, Japan, Singapore, India, China, Turkey, etc...* Working time:- Work 5 days/week; including weekends, holidays, Tet holiday.- Work in rotation of 3 shifts and in accordance with the company:Shift 1: 6 am - 2 pm,Shift 2: 2 pm - 10 pm,Shift 3: 10 pm - 6 am.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Good English; ability to communicate directly with customers.- Ability to analyze, logical thinking.- Skillful in using office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).* Priority:- Experiences in Shipping & Logistics- Have a good spirit of learning, attitude and responsibility.- Ability to work long-term.- Knowledge of IT/ SQL and Database is an advantage
