Position Information
Position Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Marketing & Communications
Reports To: Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications
Position Summary
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs that support the resort's marketing, communications, and operational needs. This role works closely with various departments to develop creative materials that enhance brand awareness, drive guest engagement, and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Creative Development
Create and produce high-quality visual assets for both digital and print platforms.
Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, menus, signage, and promotional materials.
Develop creative content for social media, website, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
Support branding initiatives by ensuring all designs align with brand guidelines and visual standards.
Assist in concept development and execution for seasonal campaigns, events, and resort activations.
Photography & Content Support
Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing and communication purposes.
Retouch images and optimize visual content for various platforms.
Assist with content creation to showcase resort experiences, facilities, dining outlets, and events.
Collaboration & Project Management
Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Food & Beverage, Rooms, and other departments to understand design requirements.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Coordinate with external vendors and printers to ensure quality production of printed materials.
Maintain organized archives of design files, templates, and brand assets.
Brand Compliance
Ensure all creative materials comply with brand standards and corporate guidelines.
Monitor consistency in visual identity across all guest-facing and internal communication materials.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within hospitality, tourism, lifestyle, or agency environments.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Knowledge of video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar) is an advantage.
Basic photography and videography skills preferred.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visual storytelling ability.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or luxury brands.
Knowledge of social media content trends and digital marketing best practices.
