Brand Strategy and Development:- Develop and refine the brand's overarching strategy, defining its unique value proposition and positioning within the luxury retail market- Craft a clear brand identity, ensuring that it resonates with the target audience and aligns with the brand's core values- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to continuously evolve the brand strategyMarketing and Communication:- Lead the development of marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the brand's story, products, and lifestyle- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including visuals, copy, and multimedia assets, for various platforms and channels- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs- Develop and manage the overall brand budget, ensuring that resources are allocated and spent appropriately to optimize brand growth and profitabilityProduct Development:- Define White Spaces, New Segments and relevant Insights to develop New Products / ranges to capture growth potential to new customer segments or unmet needs.- Support in developing NPD process- Support in developing Brand Architecture, Brand & Product Portfolio and Positioning.- Work closely with the product development team to ensure that new products align with the brand's aesthetics, quality, and values.Leadership- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Integrated Marketing, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, …) to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and initiatives.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- Experiences: Proven experience (8+ years) in brand management/ brand development/ brand building- Brand Marketing: experience in identifying Insights, developing Positioning & Brand Communications and execution across different channels. Preferably for both Brand and Retailer business of multiple store formats. Highly capable of understanding and gaining insights from qualitative and quantitative data and report of internal and external sources.- Product Development & Product MKT: experience in Product development from strategy, insight generation, product concept and evaluation / selection and building & executing GTM / launch plan- Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, consumer behaviors, and trends.- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful brand strategies.- Market Research, Data-driven: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and interpretation- Strategic thinking: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.- Leadership: Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.- Communication & Collaboration skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills across different departments.- Creative: Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.- Project management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, ability to define clarity amid ambiguity and complexity.
