Group Total Rewards Officer

1. HRMS Operations & Maintenance (40%)

• Oversee and support the performance of HRMS at the subsidiary level.
• Compile issues arising from the HRMS during usage and collaborate with the technical team to propose solutions.
• Collect user feedback to improve and optimize the system.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting (30%)

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).
• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and patterns.
• Generate insightful HR reports that support HR strategic decision-making process: including employee lifecycle, recruitment efficiencies, turnover rates, performance management, etc…

3. C&B Operation (30%)

• In charge of salary calculation and disbursement.
• Accurately calculate monthly PIT and annual PIT finalization in compliance with the law.
• Follow up monthly SHUI calculation, declaration & payment, reconciliation with Payroll, and SHUI report.
• Update the current policies (Working time policy...) and procedures (leave/overtime submission procedures…) to make sure that all the C&B policies are competitive and in compliance with legal requirements/Company's strategies.
