- Identify and acquire new pharmacies, drugstores, and clinics to expand the distribution network in Northern Vietnam.
- Conduct market research to assess market size, customer needs, and emerging trends.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to uncover opportunities for product improvements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to ensure growth strategies align with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement regional growth plans to meet customer acquisition and revenue targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to proactively adapt strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive loyalty and long-term partnerships.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Business/ Marketing/ Pharmacy, or a related field.
- 3+ years in business development, sales, or market expansion, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn market insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within Northern Vietnam as needed.
