- Guest Actitivty Manager serves as a GAO training specialist and is responsible for managing the operational status of the additional facilities such as Sauna, Gym, Kids' Club, Studio, 3D Golf, Yoga, Pools... (conducting tasks such as checking and managing daily operations business, internal quality control, customer service support (reception of complaints, customer service, etc.), inventory management and management of spa operation target performance, / Personnel management work such as upbringing, evaluation, motivation, etc.). Also responsible for creating programs to train trainers and managing trainers.
- Checks the operation status (sales, facility status, etc.) in the outlets and checks / improves the process to improve productivity
- Build up Guest Activities programs through the year to bring experiences for customers
- In charge of LQA training and make sure guests' experiences are engaged and enhanced
- Check the cleanliness and facilities of the outlets and check all facilities to ensure that they are in an optimal condition for use by customers
- Analyze training needs to improve, develop, and modify training programs
- Develop an authentication process for the internal leaders
- Develop procedures to assess the effectiveness of the program
- Select trainers and train new trainers on a regular basis
- Manage a certification process for each trainer
- Act as the leader of a event or club trainer / coach
- Gain and support a variety of resources to develop successful programs
- Encourage and coach trainers to achieve sales goals
