Must have:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or related fields.At least 3 years of experience in AI, including 3+ years in a leadership role.Experienced in developing and deploying AI solutions (especially Generative AI) and integrating them into products/services in production environments.Strong knowledge in NLP, LLMs, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, and optimization; proficient with modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with creativity to adapt models to organizational needs.Strong leadership, communication, and management skills; fluent in English for collaboration with international partners.“Nice-to-have”Strong discipline in punctuality, meeting deadlines, and respecting schedules.Experience with Amazon Web Services architecture.Experience with Image Generation, AI agents and Chatbot products.Proficiency in Japanese and familiarity with Japanese business culture.Ability to adapt to a structured, detail-oriented, and continuous-improvement working style.High sense of responsibility, honesty, and commitment to collective goals.Cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to bridge global and local teams.
