MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Design and Project Implementation:Responsible for designing complex projects that require high levels of creativity and technical expertise.Ensure the quality and aesthetics of all design products.Plan and manage project timelines to ensure on-time completion.2. Leadership and Guidance:Guide and train junior designers.Evaluate and provide feedback on team members' design work.Encourage creativity and professional development within the team.3. Interaction and Communication:Work directly with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and expectations.Present and defend design ideas to clients and company leadership.Coordinate with other departments to ensure project consistency and effectiveness.4. Research and Development:Research and stay updated on the latest design trends.Apply advanced technologies and design techniques.Contribute to the development of company design standards and processes.JOB DESCRIPTION:Design online communication materials for social platforms such as website, fanpage... and offline POSM (standee, poster, banner, dangler, wobbler, shelf talker, etc.), flyers, brochures, menus, signage at point of sale...Collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments to generate design ideas for promotional programs, advertisements, and product displays across sales channels.Create concepts, support product photography, video shooting, or related company events.Edit images, design product display mockups to support the sales team.Ensure all designs follow the company’s brand identity and attract customers.Support the design of gift items, uniforms, and product packaging when needed.Design offline communication materials (experience in materials and printing color is required).Ability to sketch graphics (basic level, e.g., mascot).Monitor design trends in the telecommunications and technology industries to apply in creative campaigns.
