[Hanoi] Facility and Landscape Manager

Job Summary:The Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company’s entire commercial portfolio, including facility, landscape, leasing, events, parks, and management. This position drives both operational excellence and strategic growth in line with company goals.Key Responsibilities / Duties:• Develops and implements commercial strategies in line with company goals and objectives, with the aim to accelerate growth.• Park Facilities Management: Facilities maintenance and upkeep to ensure all park facilities meet safety and regulatory standards, enhance the cleanliness of park facilities for a pleasant visitor experience.• Landscape: Make sure the contract and design of landscape works are interpreted correctly on the ground.• Develop placemaking initiatives by Marketing, Building Local Partnerships for new attractions which enhance Visitors Experience, promote sustainability, and create vibrant community hubs.• Leasing: Regularly monitoring occupancy percentages and setting realistic targets based on market conditions, which will enhance revenue, boost foot traffic, and optimize asset utilization.• Oversee the planning and execution of commercial events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns to enhance tenant quality, venue utilization rate & event revenue growth.• Provides leadership, connect members and manages the team to drive performance. Retains a diverse, highly qualified staff and provides career coaching, growth, and personal development for employees.• To comply and adhere to all matters pertaining to Quality, Safety & Health and Environment (QSHE) related to the job scope and workplace as required by the Company.• Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the Management.
