Mục đích/ Purpose:Contribute to the profitable achievement of agreed sales and profit targets and business plans through professional planning and management of customer interface at existing and potential customers.Capture the high growth in various sectors of the industry.Trách nhiệm/Responsibilty:• Implement HSSE policy. This would involve conducting risk assessments of customers' premises and operation, disseminating HSSE information to customers with participation of HSSE/Logistics Focal Points.• Implement the Product stewardship requirements.Quản lý khách hàng/ Account Management:• Monitor sales, profit, and credit performance by product/customer to achieve annual targets/KPI's agreed with line manager.• Follow sales and company policies (HSSE, credit, control and governance, code of conduct, etc.), follow weekly offer guidance and volume allocation.• Search and develop business with new customers.• Support and coordinate with BD Team in efforts to introduce/market new products to existing and new customers.• Manage credit performance for the assigned pool of customers. This would involve following credit appraisals and current credit policy, recommending changes upon necessity, changes in credit line and extensions thereof to new/existing customers while balancing potential business against credit risks.• Manage trade receivables to ensure that receivables are cleared on time, and credit exposure / risk is managed at a minimum.• Keep line manager and sale team updated of customers' needs, competitors' activities and general/specific business trends, to support the pricing process.• Establish, develop and manage ‘win-win’ customer relationships that deliver for both the company and customers volume and profitability objectives while maximizing the value of company brand.Thông tin thị trường / Market intelligence:• Understand and track developments in the industry.• Secure vital market intelligence, prepare and update market developments related to solvents and send feedback to line manager and other stakeholders.• Provide line manager with updated sales forecast and maintain constant interaction with other sales people to keep abreast of market info and share best practices, as well as price/margin strategies.• Evaluate competitors’ pricing behaviors, tactics, technologies and products and also evaluate market size, share, growth and trends within each segment.• Determine impact of processes and actions and find ways of improving the business and adding values to our customers.• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and codes of business conduct set by the department, company, corporation, and the government.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Kỹ sư hóa học hoặc hóa học hoặc Kỹ sư kỹ thuật trình độ Cử nhân trở lên. Chemical or Chemical Engineer or Technical Engineer at Bachelor degree or higher level.• Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực bán hàng. Having at least 5 years working experience in field of sale.• Tiếng Anh tốt, biết tiếng Trung là một lợi thế. Good English, knowing Chinese is an advantage.• Kỹ năng giao tiếp / giao tiếp và thuyết trình mạnh mẽ Strong communications / interpersonal and presentation skills• Có khả năng làm việc theo nhóm và mạng lưới. Ability to in teams and networks.• Lãnh đạo cá nhân và sáng kiến Personal Leadership and initiative.• Định hướng học tập và tư duy doanh nghiệp là trên hết Learning Orientation và an Enterprise first mindset.• Kỹ năng năng lực bán hàng.
