Mô Tả Công Việc
- A key role in implementation new IT and Digital projects, maintaining and managing the Web Ordering Online system, Loyalty App system, Social CRM system, Mobile App, Delivery management system to achieve the smooth and effective operation of the system in the Company.
- Work with related departments, vendors, aggregators and JRG for implement IT/Digital system as roadmap.
- Focus on company strategy and Suggestion / recommendation for IT management on new solution, system that will provide more benefits for company as such increase more sales, development or optimization system / interface reduce workload of team, more accurate in data and reduce operation cost as well.
- Daily supervise and build capabilities for application & Dev teams.
- Daily report to Management team.
- Perform project management on any online projects as assigned by the IT Management.
- Daily support and maintain the online systems as such website, Mobile order app, BYOD, KIOSK, Loyalty system, APIs system, Aggregator platform interface with internal systems and relative software and hardware of online systems within the company to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operation.
- Check online systems hosting at Cloud platform, RSC’s Data Center and Store level and propose of the solution to IT Management for improve security, operational efficiency, simplify repetitive clerical tasks.
- Regular backup system databases and safe in database control.
- Daily monitor the correctness of the data produced by the systems.
- Work with Marketing, Digital and IT team on update new information, menu on time, E-coupon, Push message or campaigns to customers via Loyalty App or SMS on time.
- Optimizing web content for SEO strategies.
- Managing the development and launch of display advertisements.
- Work with relevant departments, vendors and stores to fix the online transaction issues if any.
- Extract reports for relevant departments on time.
- Knowing SQL, XML, POS, Website and Mobile APP
- Develop new report templates to support for relevant users and Management team on tracking promotion activities.
- Optimization current website for improve customer journey like easy to complete an order, more accurate in data.
- Training for users and develop for subordinate team if any.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience:
+ A dynamic professional with at least 3 years of IT online professional experience.
+ Having knowledge and experience on SQL /MySQL at least 3 years. - Knowledge / Skills / Personalities:
+ Hands-on, possess a high energy level and good team player
+ Being self motivated and flexible.
+ Being independent.
+ Having problem solving skills.
+ Excellent communication both in English and Vietnamese. - Education / Training Qualifications: College or Higher Degree in IT Online field
