[HCM] IT Security Engineer (System Engineer, DevOps)

Job OverviewThe PAVE Infrastructure Engineer will be primarily responsible for managing and maintaining the PAVE infrastructure, ensuring the delivery of secure and high-quality services. This role involves collaborating with engineers, enhancing infrastructure tools, and implementing upgrades as needed. A key responsibility is to protect PAVE from cybersecurity threats by performing vulnerability assessments, deploying security measures, and managing risk.Responsibilities Mainly responsible for the PAVE Infrastructure and collaborate with other engineers to develop and deliver secured and qualified services Monitor and execute required upgrades to all tools related to the IT infrastructure Ensuring PAVE is safe and secure against cybersecurity threats Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessments and risk management Developing Incidence management reports and root cause analysis Monitoring security processes during their entire lifecycle to ensure adherence to policies and updating or creating new processes to improve or minimize wastage Have the technical skills to review, verify, and validate the software code developed in the project Have the knowledge in a least one of the following programming languages: Golang, Python, Javascript, PHP, to support the development of related PAVE services Support IT Manager with documenting and executing required licenses/ certification such as ISO, SOC2, ITGC. Coach junior members
