[HCM] Thực Tập Sinh 4 Tháng - E-Commerce Intern

* We are seeking passionate E-Commercial enthusiasts to join a dynamic and fun working environment of Coca-Cola as Commercial Interns for 3 months:

- WHERE YOU'LL WORK: Coca-Cola HCM

* Responsibilities:

E-commerce PurePlayers

+ Sales Operation:

- Check daily inventory of customers to to get sales orders to ensure safety stocks (name/date/packaging/..)

- Report on weekly/monthly delivery orders/NSR 

+ Media:

- Check spelling & grammar of visuals on customers' landing pages websites, apps to ensure Coke branding

- Check and update product images on customers fanpages to ensure proper display 

- Collect data (images,…) to make weekly reports for post evaluation

***Customer: Telio, Vinshop, Tiki, VnShop,Shopee, Lazada, ETC.

E-commerce FSA

+ Merchant list preparation:

- Check (randomly/100%) the list if all merchants are qualified following the template

- Match general information (name/address/ID) to online details (outlets link/online contact/online ID) 

- Check status/availability by outlets during the program.

+ Media:

- Check the banner/landing page/… on Tiki/Lazada/Shopee app following the plan 

- Follow up and check up on engagement/transaction/reaction on social media posts: minigame/livestream/using promotion 

- Check the joining merchant (randomly/100%) if they comply with event's requirement (display only KO products, no combine competitors' product…)

- Collect data (images,…) to make weekly reports for post evaluation

***Customer: Virtual food fests, Quick commerce… (ShopeeFood,…), Food Combo on GrabFood/ShopeeFood/Gojek/Baemin 

* Others:

- As assigned by the division's manager
