Senior Learning and Development executive is responsible for designing, creating, delivering, updating and implementing the hotel learning and development training initiatives that aligned with Wink operations principals and SOPs and to drive the business’s growth strategies. Besides, Senior Learning and Development executive is in charge of ensuring that all Quality Assurance Programmes are aligned and updated to Wink direction. They are also strongly focused in building, developing and delivering employee training programs and reports.
Senior Learning and Development executive additionally contributes to the culture of the hotel and overall business through the fostering of communication and cooperation among departments. This position reports to the People and Culture manager and will work closely with the Wink HQ departments. They must have a willingness and passion for championing the organizational changes and employee career development.
This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition to the requirements outlined in the job description, we are specifically looking for someone who is open to occasional business travel lasting 1–2 consecutive weeks. Especially during pre-opening periods for new hotels, the candidate should be willing and able to travel for extended assignments of 1–2 months as required by the company.

• Strong understanding of the Wink’s culture, vision and mission to effectively create the induction/orientation program and training strategies
• Being knowledgeable of different departments within Wink hotel setting
• Leading by example and promoting core values of Wink
• Acting as the first point of contact of all culture learning and development requirements and queries within the organization
• Being responsible for working closely with Hotels General manager and Human resources department to gain full knowledge then design effective training programs together with relevant supporting materials and colleagues
• Translating and localizing training content from English to Vietnamese and check and update relevancy between the two languages and cultures.
• Ensuring that the format for the operations manuals, policies and SOPs are consistently maintained and updated with the Wink’s overall goals and objectives
• Planning, organizing and delivering the training and development programs for Wink employees for the purpose of increasing individual and organizational performance and also for the purpose of improving employee morale while also enhancing their skills
• Managing individual professional development of potential employees by tracking training progress, building up talent management tools and executing knowledge and evaluating skills
• Adopting a blended approach of training techniques including classroom sessions, on the job training, coaching session and e – learning where applicable
• Tracking training attendance and results in all on-going training initiatives and preparing required reports
• Performing internal audit roles and design appropriate auditing schedules to check the knowledge and skills of employees to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness from the delivered training
• Building and maintaining relationships and budgets with external training suppliers
