-Lead and manage all kitchen operations at Phoenix Golf.
-Develop and update menus for golfers, resort guests, and events.
-Collaborate with the F&B Manager to align menu offerings with guest expectations.
-Ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and recipe consistency.
-Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff, including Sous Chefs and Commis.
-Assign duties and manage staff schedules for smooth daily operations.
-Control food costs, monitor inventory, and minimize waste.
-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
-Conduct regular inspections of kitchen areas, equipment, and storage.
-Support events, tournaments, and banquets with timely and efficient menu execution.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
-Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in 4–5-star hotel.
-Strong culinary expertise with broad knowledge of Asian and Western cuisines.
-Strong understanding of cost control and kitchen administration.
-English communication ability.
