• Oversee booking systems, airport & onsite services, capacity checks, and VIP/group arrangements.
• Handle issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Monitor market trends, prepare reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
• Drive efficiency by tracking KPIs and improving workflows.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferably Hospitality).
• 5–7 years of proven managerial experience.
• Strong understanding of booking & reservation systems in hospitality/E-gaming.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures and airport services
• Experience in luxury services (private jet, private yacht, ...) are the plus
• Excellent leadership, strategic, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese or Korean is an advantage.
