Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Economic or related fields.- Minimum 5 years in Senior Sales Management (Area Sales Manager/ National Sales Manager/ Regional Sales Manager) within FMCG, preferably Food Manufacturing.- Proven track record in developing MT channels & TT distributor networks in Southern provinces (essential for new TT distribution setup in short timeline).- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.- Excellent analytical ability with proficiency in Power BI, MS Office, and business presentation.- Strategic mindset with strong market and customer orientation.- Language: English – Fluent at a professional business level.
