- Collaborate closely with the CEO and Executive Board to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals and the company’s growth trajectory.- Design a flexible and adaptive organizational structure to meet the demands of the ever-evolving digital landscape.- Lead critical HR projects such as core competency development, talent management, and succession planning.- Establish a “Growth DNA” recruitment strategy that focuses on attracting talents with high growth potential and alignment with the company’s digital culture.- Strengthen the employer branding across digital platforms and industry communities to position the company as an employer of choice.- Develop personalized capability development programs tailored to each level and career pathway.- Design an agile performance evaluation system that accurately reflects individual capability and real contributions.- Partner with line managers to foster a culture of ownership and continuous learning across the organization.- Act as a culture champion, igniting and preserving the company’s core values throughout the employee lifecycle.- Upgrade HR systems (HRIS, Payroll, C&B, Leave Management, Performance Management, etc.) to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.- Continuously review and refine HR policies and processes to ensure legal compliance and organizational effectiveness.- Optimize HR costs through real-time data analysis and workforce analytics.- Stay abreast of updates in labor laws, tax regulations, and employment-related policies to prevent legal risks.- Conduct regular internal HR audits, address employee grievances effectively, and uphold a transparent and equitable working environment.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (Head of HR/HR Director) in mid-to-large organizations.- Prior experience in Digital, E-commerce, SaaS, Fintech, or other fast-growth environments is highly preferred.- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.- Deep expertise in HR strategy, change management, organization design, and cultural development.- Strong systems thinking and hands-on experience in Agile or Lean HR practices.- Proficiency in using data and HR analytics tools to inform decision-making and drive insights.- Strategic mindset with the decisiveness to act as a true business partner to the CEO.- Excellent communication and influencing skills across multi-generational and high-performance teams.- Ability to lead the HR function with innovation, agility, and a strong internal customer focus.
