Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or higher- 10+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong focus on life insurance or financial services.- Strong knowledge of the legal framework in the insurance industry, including labor laws and compliance.- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals effectively.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Fluent in English skill
