Head of Interior Design Management Department.

1. Manage, supervise, and take responsibility for the operations and performance of the Interior Design Management Department, providing advisory support to the Executive Board/Head/Deputy Head of the division, and carrying out the following tasks:- Carry out the task of developing design tasks and interior design proposals for the construction investment projects (CIP) of the Group and its member companies.- Manage and coordinate the design, control the quality and progress of the interior design documentation for the Group's construction investment projects (CIP).- Arrange and allocate personnel for execution and coordinate the implementation schedule with each project manager.- Coordinate and assist the Project Management Board in conducting on-site inspections to ensure construction is carried out according to the approved design, when requested.- Review finishing materials and coordinate with the QS and Construction Division to clarify the design during the bidding process.- Coordinate and assist the Project Management Board in conducting on-site inspections to ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with the approved design, when requested.- Coordinate with other departments to control and unify design solutions, align design documentation to comply with the approved design tasks, and ensure adherence to Vietnamese regulations, standards, and legal requirements.- Search for, propose, and participate in providing feedback during the selection process of design contractors and design verification contractors as requested by the Executive Board/Head/Deputy Head of the division.2. Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as requested by the Executive Board/Head/Deputy Head of the division.3.Train and develop the team, assess the competencies and work performance of the employees assigned to management.4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Board/Head/Deputy Head of the division at any given time.
