Responsibilities:Learning & Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and talent development strategy that aligns with business goals and supports organizational growth.Partner with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and develop training solutions that address skills gaps and future workforce requirementsLead the design, development, and delivery of the organization’s comprehensive training programs, aligned with the overall L&D strategyConduct thorough needs analysis across all departments to create tailored learning and development strategies that enhance employee skills and career growth.Continuously assess the effectiveness of training initiatives, applying feedback and performance metrics to fine-tune and improve programs.Oversee the design and implementation of leadership development programs aimed at building a strong leadership pipeline and fostering high-potential talent.Proactively manage training budgets on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring optimal resource allocation while maximizing the impact of each training initiative.Ensure all learning activities are tracked, measured, and aligned with key L&D performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior leadership.Facilitate the creation of personalized learning paths, career development frameworks, and mentorship opportunities to support individual growth and succession planning.Introduce innovative learning methods, including digital learning tools, cross-functional projects, and external learning partnerships, to foster a diverse and effective learning experience.Provide guidance on the integration of talent development initiatives with organizational change processes to help employees navigate transitions effectively.HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner)Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, offering HR solutions that enhance organizational performance, drive employee engagement, and support business objectives across all stages of the employee lifecycle.Take ownership of employee engagement strategies, working closely with leaders to build a culture of feedback, recognition, and motivation, fostering long-term employee satisfaction and retention.Lead talent mobility programs, ensuring seamless transitions for internal promotions, lateral movements, and cross-functional assignments Oversee and refine the onboarding and probation processes to ensure new hires receive a smooth integration and positive early experience.Drive talent retention strategies, implementing targeted initiatives to improve retention rates.Manage offboarding processes and exit interviews, gathering valuable insights that inform the organization’s talent management practices.Lead the development and execution of robust succession planning programs to identify and nurture future leaders, ensuring organizational stability and readiness for growth.Actively monitor and report on talent movement across the organization, including promotions, internal transfers, and turnover, providing leadership with actionable insights to inform strategic decisions.Manage employee career pathing, providing guidance to managers and employees on developmental opportunities, skill enhancement, and professional growth.Lead and coordinate employee engagement initiatives within Group/ Ecosystem, creating a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

Requirements:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR leadership roles, particularly in HRBP and L&D, ideally within large-scale organizations.Proven experience in designing and implementing impactful talent development programs.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate sector is advantageous, with a strong ability to apply industry insights to HR and talent strategies.Skills & Competencies:High energy with a passion for driving organizational change and employee development.Results-oriented with a focus on measurable impact.Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skillsStrong problem-solving abilities.
