Key Responsibilities:• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of contracts such as investment agreements, fund documentation, distribution agreements, and service provider contracts.• Provide legal advice on investment structures, fund formation, and transaction execution.• Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations. Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise management on legal implications.• Assist in preparing and reviewing documentation for regulatory filings and submissions.• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and coordinate legal support for transactions and projects.• Handle legal matters related to dispute resolution, claims, or regulatory inquiries, as needed.• Cover reporting for legal matters to authorities and UOBAM/UOB.• Cover secretariat tasks for meetings of the company’s shareholders, board of directors, and other committees.• Collaborate with the compliance team to develop and implement internal policies and procedures.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Requirements:• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in asset management, investment, or financial services.• Strong knowledge of securities market regulations, fund management and corporate laws.• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Ability to perform well under high pressure.• Team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
