PURPOSE:Accountable to formulate strategy, frameworks, process, and standards and to lead MKT team to plan/execute all marketing, branding, communication activities to promote, protect, and differentiate FWD’s in the marketplace and to generate business opportunities.KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES:Strategy & Planning• Work closely with stakeholders to define MKT strategies to support the company’s overall strategies and objectives• Lead the team to develop, execute, monitor an overall marketing plan and oversee implementation of brand activities, advertising, PR, promotion, event, activation, media, research, etc.• Public relation management including crisis managementPeople Management• Build a highly motivated and efficient team of marketing professionals• Provide leadership to both internal marketing resources and external agenciesPolicy, Process & Procedures• Provide expert advice and guidance to all areas of the business on branding, communication• Oversee and ensure all departmental outputs are fully complied with Legal, Audit, Compliance and Corporate CommunicationsEnvironmental Awareness/Customer Focus• Champion marketing strategy and ensure they are integrated into future activities • Ensure and maintain good relationships with key and relevant service providers to embed the “Customer-Focus” into the company operationTechnical Performance• Review and activate all communication channels to ensure they are effectively deliver corporate and product messages• Design and develop strategic marketing and communication plans with relevant marketing resources to achieve the maximum effectiveness • Monitor and ensure a positive return on the investment of all marketing, customer campaign and communication activitiesPartners relationship and management• Build and strengthen relationship with partners including journalists, business partners, professional marketing’s partners (creative, research, media, digital, etc). KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS• Successful delivery of marketing plans implemented against set objectives on time and to budget. Major KPIs include brand awareness, brand consideration• Effectively used Marketing budget • Marketing efficiency (esp. media, cost acquisition and retention). • Positive feedback from relevant stakeholders, partners and departments• All marketing and communications associated with internal and external Policies and Procedures• People engagement and retention

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:• Proven experience as Senior Leadership position in Marketing for big international company.• Degree level education required in Marketing / post-graduate qualifications/high degree preferred• Demonstrable experience in developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (branding, communication, event, etc)• Experience of handling all communication channels internally and externally• A leader with both creative and analytical capabilitiesKNOWLEDGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS:• Strong leadership with negotiation and influencing ability• Strong and effective communication skills in verbal and written• Creativity with business acumen• Strong reasoning capabilities – creative and lateral thinking with problem solving skills• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization and with external agencies• Broad and in-depth knowledge of marketing, communications, customer experience and online sales practices• Relentlessly pursue customer expertise
