We are looking for a visionary Head of Media to lead our media strategy, focusing on creativity while delivering measurable results.Key Responsibilities:• Strategic Media Oversight: Develop and execute integrated media strategies that align with both branding and performance objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach across all channels.• Creative Leadership: Drive creative media concepts that resonate with target audiences, leveraging storytelling and innovative formats to enhance brand engagement.• Client Satisfaction Focus: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional media strategies and performance outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations.• Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with creative teams, account managers, and cross-functional departments to ensure media strategies are compelling, cohesive, and aligned with client goals.• Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and deliver on KPIs for both branding and conversion efforts.• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and creative approaches that can elevate media strategies.• Team Development: Lead and mentor the media team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.• P&L Management: Take full accountability for the profit and loss of the Media function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure profitability and EBITDA.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.• 7+ years of experience in media strategy, with a strong emphasis on both branding and performance.• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creative media campaigns across various platforms.• Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting data to inform media strategies and optimize performance.• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.• Passion for creativity and innovation in marketing, with an understanding of current media trends.
