Head Of Production

As Head of Production, you will be responsible to manage and regulate all production related activities across the factory. This includes managing all team members across production sub-departments, the governing of the factory area and be end responsible for all the products that leave the production lines. You will be expected to deploy best manufacturing practices, ensure high efficiencies, and build a competent team of sub-department leaders that can build bullet-proof processes.Là Trưởng Bộ Phận Sản Xuất, bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và điều phối toàn bộ các hoạt động liên quan đến sản xuất trong nhà máy. Organize skill assessment sessions for production staff.Tổ chức các buổi đánh giá tay nghề cho nhân sự sản xuất.15. Coordinate with the human resources department to timely arrange workers for required capacity, including hiring of additional personnel necessary for production activities.Phối hợp với phòng nhân sự để kịp thời bố trí công nhân theo năng lực yêu cầu, bao gồm tuyển thêm nhân sự cần thiết cho hoạt động sản xuất.16.
