Title in company: Head of Branch Fujiya Vietnam is looking for an experienced and strategic leader to take on the role of Head of Branch (Ho Chi Minh). This key role will lead the sales team and drive business growth across TT and MT channels.Key Responsibilities: • Manage branch business’s activities: + Monitor and improve business efficiency and cost management + Develop and execute market expansion strategies to increase revenue and market share in both TT and MT channels. + Build and strengthen a strong distribution network across southern provinces. + Coordinate closely with other teams to ensure strategy implementation.• Manage Sales Team Human Resources : Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sales team.Report line: Report to: Japanese GDDirect reports: TT Sales Manager & MT Sales Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Gender: Male is preferable Education level: Bachelor’s degree or higher.Experience: + Having at least 3 years in a Senior Sales position (National/ Regional Sales Manager/ Sales Director) who overseeing for both MT and TT channels (mainly) in the southern area at a food manufacturing industry. + Proven experience in rapidly building a TT distributor network across southern provinces. + Management skills are essential.Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and strategic planningLanguage: Fluent in English (business level)What We Offer:• Competitive salary, Annual performance bonus• Private health insurance, full contribution in social insurance• 18 Annual leave days• Professional and friendly working environment
