1. Develop and Execute Technology Strategy
Propose and implement short-term and long-term IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Define direction and oversee the application of technology in software outsourcing, product development, and solution services.
Lead innovation initiatives including DevOps, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cloud Computing, Low-code/No-code platforms, and cybersecurity.
2. Manage IT Systems and Infrastructure
Supervise the operation and performance of network systems, security, servers, and internal collaboration tools (e.g., Git, Jira, Confluence).
Ensure technology infrastructure readiness to support large-scale offshore and outsourcing projects.
Establish and maintain IT risk management and information security processes in compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
3. Implement Software Systems to Support Business Operations
Evaluate and propose software solutions that meet the company's operational and business needs.
Lead internal digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
Develop business-focused products and digital solutions to support growth and competitiveness.
4. Team Management and Talent Development
Build a professional IT organization structured by skill sets (AI, Cloud, .NET, Java, etc.) and/or by roles (Developers, Business Analysts, etc.).
Recruit, train, and develop high-quality engineering talent.
Organize regular training programs to enhance technical capabilities and keep up with emerging technology trends.
5. External Relations and Ecosystem Development
Work directly or indirectly with international clients to gather and fulfill technical requirements.
Participate in technical assessments during project presentations, bidding processes, and solution consulting.
Collaborate with domestic and international technology partners to build and expand the company’s digital ecosystem.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related fields.
At least 15 years of experience in software development and at least 3 years in a IT Manager/CTO/CIO/equivalent role.
Candidates who have held CTO or IT Manager roles in IT Outsourcing Companies with over 500 employees are highly preferred.
Strong experience in Data and AI, including but not limited to data engineering, machine learning, and AI-driven solutions.
Strong ability to oversee work, handle situations flexibly, and work independently and proactively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
Priority for candidates with strong English communication skills.
