Strategic • Equip with professional markets and products knowledge to conduct the trading activities and analyze market including macroeconomic indicators for determining the Bank’s position.• Work in partnership with colleagues in the region to share best practice, deliver an integrated service for our clients and to develop new business. • Observe and comply with all relevant external regulations as well as internal policies, procedures and control frameworks, ensuring marketing activities are conducted within the established rules. • Support in developing and updating policies to ensure alignment with all relevant regulations. • Be responsible for all kinds of reporting department head and local management.• Collaborate with research analysts and other team members to share markets insights and strategiesFinancial• Balance the risk and opportunities to meet individual target, manage own trading position, aligning with MUFG value, provide good service/pricing to clients and make use of the flow to generate revenue for the Bank.• Under the supervision of the Head of Department, lead the team to achieve revenue targets, provide quality pricing to clients, balance risk and maximize return for the Bank.Client• Build effective relationships with key clients to develop new business and to deliver extraordinary client experiences.• Work in partnership with various departments in the Bank to support in delivering seamless transactions to the client. Departments including but not limited to Operations. • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within MUFG and externally.People• Demonstrate professionalism and maintain respectful and collaborative environment with colleagues and stakeholders.• Supervise, motivate and educate the subordinates through regular meetings, daily activities and so on. To provide training and mentoring to existing and newly joined staff. • Communicate with all segments including sales, MUS, and overseas branches for all client enquiry about related products.• Maintain good and open communication with all the teammates to build up the trust for long term development.Other/ Control• Fulfill regulatory requirements on the licensing related qualification. • Maintain good working knowledge of industry trends, products, relevant laws and regulations.• Conduct trading activities while complying with the various internal policies and guidelines and advise Sales / assistant / structurer level.

University Bachelor’s Degree qualified. CFA Charter holder is preferable.Desirable to have at least 5 years of relevant experienceStrong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments.Strong knowledge in global markets products, compliance and risk management including but not limited to Foreign Exchange and Derivatives and market conduct management.Detailed understanding of the local banking regulatory environment
