Position Objective: This statement should be a general summary of the responsibilities listed in the next section. Overseeing Valuation and Financial operations, developing and implementing actuarial and financial strategies aligned with the company's overall goals, while also leading and mentoring the team members.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDescribe specific key functions of the position or the essential areas of responsibilities, listing the most important first. Actuarial Operations:• Handle actuarial valuation activities in both local and HQ standards as below, ensure compliance, accuracy and timeliness.➢ Local reports: Declare Interest Rate, Reserve and Solvency, Reinsurance, Local reports for MOF/IAV…➢ HQ reports:- IFRS17, K-ICS Actuarial Closing and analysis- VNB Report, Business Plan, RBC➢ Experience studies: (Claim, asset and liability duration, persistency, compensation and expense studies)➢ Valuation package maintenance and enhancement (Data, assumption, models, procedures)• Handle internal and external audits.• Analyze distribution channels business, compensation scheme and any requests based on actuarial and financial perspective.• Responsible for delivering and forecasting reports of profit and new business value, analyze variances of distribution channels in both business and compensation. Consult strategies which aim to enhance sale volume and profitability to be suitable with distribution channels.• Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and identify opportunities.• Other tasks assigned by AA.3. Team Management and Development:• Provide leadership and guidance to the valuation teams.• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.4. Stakeholder Communication:• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement the business aligned with the company's overall goals.• Communicate with external stakeholders (MoF, IAV, external network…) to catch up well the market trends and approach to the business.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial, Math’s, Finance, Economy, Accounting or related field• 7+ years of work in Actual and/or Finance in Life insurance industry, including at least 3 years in managerial level• Actuarial and/or Finance related certificates are preferred• Deep-dive and proactive, with strong business acumen• Strong leadership and team management skills• Strong communication with business partners• Experience in Actuarial Modelling
