Search & Client Management• Promote and introduce Navigos Search’s services to existing and potential clients.• Work closely with client companies to understand their business, culture, and hiring needs while building strong, long-term relationships.• Source and attract candidates by creating job postings, screening applications, networking, and headhunting.• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates based on company standards.• Arrange interviews between clients and candidates as needed.• Ensure efficient and timely recruitment processes, matching candidates with job requirements.• Provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary, training and career progression.2. Business Development & Strategies• Actively promote Navigos Search and its services to both clients and candidates through networking events, company events, and other channels.• Align team and company strategies to drive growth while maintaining strong client relationships.
