Head/Senior Manager of Engineering (Go/Backend)

Our mobile platform was running on Flutter, component based, composable architecture. Web app largely on Go, TypeScript, React, NextJS, Tailwind CSS and composable in-house design components and framework. DevSecOps culture, you are fully responsible with design, build, and operate your own services with support from SRE, Platform team as needed. You will set the technical vision, build and manage a world-class engineering team, and ensure our platform can handle the ever-growing demands of our users and services.Responsibilities: Oversee the entire engineering lifecycle, from designing and building robust systems to deployment and maintenance. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of software engineers, data engineers, and other technical talent. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the engineering team. Partner with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to ensure seamless product development and execution. Champion best practices in software development methodologies, including Agile, DevSecOps, and Zero Trust. Implement and maintain a strong focus on security, scalability, and reliability of the platform. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and trends within the engineering landscape. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and hold teams accountable for delivering on engineering goals.
