Position Statement
The Housekeeping Trainee learns about the Housekeeping department’s operations and related skills, works independently in certain service positions, and supports other departments to achieve their targets.

What will I be doing?
As the Housekeeping Trainee, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Learn and practice according to the training plan.
• Independently work at certain service positions.
• Support other departments’ team members to complete tasks at a high standard.
• Assist department managers with certain administrative work.
• Adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures, Hilton code of business conduct, the hotel’s team member handbook.
• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
