Key Responsibilities:The Human Resource Associate/Senior Associate plays a key role in supporting core HR functions,with a primary focus on recruitment, staffing, and employee development initiatives.1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through multiple channels (job boards, professional networks, Vietcap Careers pages on Facebook and LinkedIn).• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.• Conduct candidate interviews via phone, video, and in person.• Coordinate with Hiring Managers to design structured interview processes and forecast manpower needs.• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency.• Maintain and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.• Strengthen employer branding and actively promote recruitment efforts through various platforms.• Conduct reference checks and maintain detailed recruitment documentation, including resumes, interview feedback, and job descriptions.• Prepare and send job offers, support employment negotiations, and handle onboarding paperwork.2. Internship Program Management• Manage the internship recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and selection.• Handle all intern documentation and onboarding processes.3. Recruitment Events• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career talks, and recruitment events to attract talent.4. HR Projects and General Support• Assist in HR-related projects as assigned by the Human Resources Director.• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in HR operations and candidate experience.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or similar HR roles.• Solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices in Vietnam.• Demonstrated ability to source talent effectively via social media and professional networks.• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work well across departments and organizational levels.• High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness in all tasks.• Proactive, hard-working, and willing to take initiative with a strong “can-do” attitude.• Demonstrates persistence and accountability in task follow-through.• Good communication in English.• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).• Familiarity with HRM systems or recruitment platforms is a plus.
