- Get used to Purchasing Department work – purchasing
- Get used to relevant documents such as PO, PR and document circulation process
- Support in purchasing work
- Get used to MC system, look for PO, PR
- Print receiving reports, look for and copy relevant documents
- Practice exporting purchasing orders
- Support in arranging food orders, fax PO or contacting suppliers
- Involve in seeking for new products quotes
- Do PR pending report
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint.
- Relevant knowledge in Finance will be our priority
