[HN/ HCM] Business Analyst (Scrum/ Agile)

Collect and analyze requirements from relevant departments, identify opportunities to improve software systems to meet long-term business strategies and corporate goals Write detailed, clear and accurate SRS (System Requirement Specification) documents, ensuring all system requirements are well understood and meet customer expectations. Responsible for designing and drawing business process diagrams (BPMN) and other diagrams such as Use Case, Activity Diagram, to describe requirements and workflow, ensuring transparency and understanding for stakeholders. Lead and participate in project development process according to Scrum Agile model, closely coordinate with development team (DEV), ensure that features and products fully meet business requirements. Responsible for monitoring and improving software testing processes, writing and reviewing complex test cases, ensuring software quality and usability of the final product. Provide requirements analysis strategy, plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring progress, quality and budget compliance. Proactively lead UI/UX initiatives, working with design teams to ensure intuitive, easy-to-use user interfaces and optimized user experiences. Ensure the continuity and sustainable development of the system, make recommendations for improvement, help the system develop and adapt to the changing needs of the business Candidates in Hanoi will work at the office - candidates in HCM will work remotely until the office setup is complete.
