• Proven experience in sales and business development• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills• Ability to build and maintain client relationships• Experience in market research and preparing sales proposals• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills• Familiarity with logistics or related industries is a plus• Well understanding of the logistics market in the US, EU, Africa, South America and India• Degree in Logistics, International Business and Marketing, or related field preferred• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and EnglishBenefits:• Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience• 13th-month salary • KPI bonus and year-end bonus based on business performance• 12 days of paid annual leave• Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), and Unemployment Insurance (BHTN) in accordance with the law
