This marks a turning point in how we work, collaborate, and create impact at scale.HCM office: 11th Floor, Vina building, 131 Xo Viet Nghe Tinh, Gia Dinh Ward , Binh Thanh Dist.In charge of the company’s overall recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on attracting top talent and developing employer branding to position the company as the first choice for candidates.Key responsibilities● Design and execute effective recruitment plans to meet both short-term and long-term hiring goals (3-5 years).● Collaborate with department heads to align hiring needs with organizational goals.● Build and maintain a robust talent pool for current and future hiring needs.● Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.● Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the talent acquisition process.● Lead the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring a steady influx of high-caliber candidates.● Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.● Provide excellent service to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey.● Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.● Participate in activities that foster a positive workplace culture.● Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct line manager/ CEO.● Analyze recruitment data to continuously improve processes and channels.● Optimize recruitment channels, processes, costs, timelines, and employer branding.
