- Welcome and carry out check-in and check-out procedures for customers.
- Provide information about the hotel's hotline and convenient services.
- Clean rooms periodically according to regulations and assigned schedules. Ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
- Ensure cleanliness of assigned areas and other common spaces and public areas.
- Immediately report customer problems or complaints to management if no remedial measures have been taken.
- Promptly detect loss and damage and immediately report to management for handling.
- Carry out detailed and complete handover after shift.
- Check, preserve, and store equipment, tools, and utensils neatly and cleanly in the right place.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated 12/12 and related degree.
- Have 3-6 months experience in receptionist, guest relation, customer service, concierge in 3-5 star hotel/resort scale.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Hardworking, diligent, honest, careful, enthusiastic and good team support
- Discipline and positive attitude
